Ugh... 24 hours until I'm writing the last exam of my undergrad. I cannot find the motivation.

Distractions include:
(1) Chuck Klosterman's Sex, Drugs, and Cocoa Puffs
(2) Season 6 of Entourage - I'm re-watching the series in prep for 7th season
(3) Alex & Luke - their charm is still too much for me!
(4) Anything but studying

That being said, I love how her family doesn't use the word prodigy... I love her family in general. Her Mom is adorable!!!

In other news, I saw Precious last night.

Precious... Precious... Precious...

Let's just say - when the film ends, the impact doesn't. The emotion in that movie! It was incredibly done, the acting was FLAWLESS, the writing was out of control... I don't even know what to say. I'm not even sure I am important enough to rate such a spectacular film, but if I was.

The Okay Bones

I just watched the movie The Lovely Bones. I'm a huge fan of the book (have read it twice!) and was really looking forward to seeing the film adaptation.

Thoughts:

It has some AWESOME moments, and of course I bawled like a baby throughout, but overall? I just feel like there was a lot of cliche, missed opportunities, and rushed storylines. If you saw the movie and loved it? I can understand why, so read the book to make it that much better. If you loved the book and haven't seen the movie? Just a warning: it doesn't do it perfect justice.

BUT, like my girlfriend said, it went for it, and gave it a shot in trying to capture the heart of the book.
